Project Overview: A web platform for managing property valuation requests, helping valuers provide fast and accurate indicative values.
My role: Sole designer leading the full redesign, from improving user flows and layout clarity to making the platform fully responsive.
Team: 2 Project Managers, 3 Software Developers, 1 Data Engineer, and 1 QA Engineer
Tools & Activities: Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design. Worked across MVP to final release, incorporating user feedback through interviews and usability testing.

Before initiating the redesign, the project manager provided a set of high-level user stories and functional requirements. These outlined common user goals and tasks from the perspective of property valuers. To prepare for the UX design phase, I reviewed these inputs with the PM and translated them into a prioritized list of UX problems and feature needs, aligned with business objectives and user priorities.
Based on the defined requirements and problem areas, I mapped out the "happy path" — the ideal end-to-end journey a valuer would take to complete a case. This UX flow helped guide the minimum viable product (MVP) scope and ensured we were solving the right problems first.
With the key user flows clarified, I created a set of low-fidelity wireframes to explore layout and structure without the distraction of visual styling. The wireframe was reviewed and iterated in collaboration with the PM to validate functionality before moving into high-fidelity UI design.
Key focus areas:
- Simplifying the process of case creation, indication, and valuation
- Prioritizing mobile-first design, as valuers frequently provide indicative values on mobile devices
- Structuring content and actions clearly to reduce friction and speed up task completion
Following the MVP release, initial feedback, and user testing, I revised the UX flow to support a more complete product experience. This included optimizing the existing flow for better usability and introducing additional features based on user needs and business goals.
Building on the MVP and updated UX flow, I refined the UI and applied our design system components for a consistent and accessible interface.

I am open for collaboration, projects, and other exciting opportunities.
